If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your NetPro product, you may request a return or refund within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days after delivery

  • The product must be in good condition

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided


3. Return Process

To request a return:

Contact our customer support at pro.nettoyage2000@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions.

Carefully package the product and send it to the address that will be provided.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Damaged product upon delivery

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect product received

In these situations, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a replacement.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

After verification, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.


6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved:

  • It will be issued via your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card provider

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, you may return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed.

Once a tracking number or preparation slip has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled.

10. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team with your order number.

We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


11. Abuse Prevention

To protect our business and all customers, NetPro reserves the right to:

  • Refuse a refund in case of fraudulent behavior

  • Refuse returns without prior authorization

  • Refuse items that are heavily damaged or misused
