Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

⚠️ Same-day shipping is not available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 48 hours.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you do not receive this email within 48 hours:

We will resend your tracking link.


Order Cancellation or Modification

Once a preparation slip or tracking number has been generated, the order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address when placing an order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

we may reship the order with a $10 reshipping fee.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct the address before shipment.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may apply.

These charges:

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are insured by default.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact our support team with your order number:

High-Demand Periods

During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions, sales), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.
